There’s never a dull moment for children in La Rosière! Entertainment, games, outdoor activities, first mountain adventures and experiences just for them: summer or winter, there’s plenty to enjoy whatever their age and interests. As a Famille Plus accredited resort, La Rosière does everything it can to help the whole family make the most of their mountain holiday.
Activities just for them
Whether for a few hours or a full day, several options allow children to enjoy activities designed especially for them and share new experiences with others their age.
Les Galopins – ESF
At Les Galopins, children can enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor activities supervised by a team of activity leaders. Games, discoveries and different activities fill their days, with several options available to fit around family plans.
Winter Camp – Evolution 2
At Winter Camp, it’s all about adventures in the snow! Throughout the week, children can take part in a variety of fun mountain activities, from snow challenges and meeting sled dogs to P’tits Trappeurs adventures and igloo building.
Activities can be booked individually or combined, giving children the chance to enjoy several different experiences during their holiday.

Animations
Throughout the summer, the resort hosts activities for children and the whole family. Check the programme and sign up directly for whatever catches your eye.
Adventures made just for them
Two playful trails let children discover La Rosière at their own pace, whether on their own or with the family.
The Little Hikers
A fun, educational trail designed to give children a taste for hiking. At each stop, a souvenir photo at a specific point on the path earns a badge to collect on a bandana. Twelve badges to win, three reward levels, from bronze to gold.
The Fort’s Treasure
A playful, history-themed treasure hunt through the old Redoute Ruinée fortifications. Through riddles and memory boxes, children and parents help a mysterious character recover his hidden treasure. Allow 2.5 to 3 hours for the 3.8 km trail.
Childcare in La Rosière
For parents wanting some time to themselves, or simply a moment’s rest, La Rosière offers two childcare options, each with its own format.
Club des Galopins
Childcare for children aged 3 to 15 is free, thanks to support from Montvalezan town council. Four age groups, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, day or week bookings. Only activities run by outside providers come with a charge.
Summer Camp by Evolution 2
A multi-activity outdoor camp for children aged 6 to 12, led by qualified instructors. Available by the week, day or half-day, with mountain biking, tree climbing, themed hikes and nature discovery games.
