Introductory trail | Evolution 2

About

A gentle introduction to trail running in the alpine setting of La Rosière.

Accessible trails to learn the basics of trail running: pacing, adapting to the terrain and finding your rhythm in the mountains.

Booking is essential via Evolution 2 on 04 79 40 19 80 or via their online booking system.

A good level of fitness is required.

Other sessions are available on Tuesday evenings (intermediate level) and Friday mornings (advanced level)
