The Little Hikers
A fun and educational programme designed to inspire children to discover the mountains. At La Rosière, young explorers can earn badges, take on small challenges and fall in love with hiking while having fun.
How does it work ?
- Get a special bandana at the Tourist Office for €5.
- Buy the trail map for €2, or download it online for free.
- Choose a hike suited to your child’s level.
- On each walk, take a photo at the indicated spot (with the child in the picture).
- Show your photo and bandana at the Tourist Office.
- Your child receives a badge to pin onto their bandana.
Collect them all
12 “Little Hiker” badges to earn on different trails.
3 “Mountain” badges:
- Bronze after 4 hikes.
- Silver after 8 hikes.
- Gold once all 12 are completed.
Example easy trails
- Plan de l’Arc Trail: photo by Lac du Repos.
- Golf Trail: photo next to the big “PARADiS” letters.
- Vaz Trail: photo along the hamlet path.
