Your property matters to us too. The Property Owners’ Office supports you with renovation, marketing and occupancy of your home, including help with the official 1 to 5 star classification, the Signature Label to enhance your property’s appeal, and tax guidance.

How to become a member

Joining the Property Owners’ Club is quick and easy. Here’s how.

The steps:

  • Download the membership form, available on this page or from the Property Owners’ Office
  • Fill it in and prepare proof of address along with a passport-style photo
  • Visit the Property Owners’ Office, on the 1st floor of the Tourist Office, to submit your application
  • Receive your owner’s card, personal to you, also valid for children aged 12 and over

Good to know: The Property Owners’ Office is open in season on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4pm to 6pm, and Wednesday from 9am to 11am. Outside of season, by appointment only.
