Looking to improve your running technique while enjoying the great outdoors? This guided session helps the runner refine his running form and gain confidence on natural terrain, whatever his starting level. Led by an experienced coach, he works on posture, stride, breathing, and effort management through progressive exercises tailored to trail running: uphills, downhills, side slopes, and technical paths.

The session takes place in a group setting, with a dynamic and friendly atmosphere encouraging interaction among participants. The program includes a specific warm-up, technical workshops, practical application on a varied natural course, and a group debrief at the end.
