Discovering the Benefits of Nature | Wellness Days

About

Take to the heights and treat yourself to a rejuvenating break in the stunning setting of the Col du Petit-Saint-Bernard. Led by Gisèle Gaide, a Nordic walking instructor and sophrologist.

This day invites you to discover the benefits of walking at altitude whilst enjoying the site’s rich natural and cultural heritage.

The morning will be spent learning simple techniques for walking at altitude without getting out of breath, followed by some time to relax and reconnect by the stream, with a majestic view of Mont Blanc.

At lunchtime, participants can enjoy a convivial meal at the Hospice du Petit-Saint-Bernard, featuring a gourmet dish inspired by the flavours of the mountains.

Open to everyone with no specific prerequisites, this day combines gentle walking, exploration and wellbeing in a preserved natural environment.
