A mindful body awakening to start the day grounded, aligned and energised.
Start your day with Jules Morin and a session of gentle physical awakening, inspired by the Feldenkrais method. Through mindful movement and sensory focus, the session promotes balance, posture, coordination and body awareness.
Expect grounding exercises, body scans, and light movement patterns that awaken the senses and support a calm, dynamic presence.
Booking required online or at the Tourist Office (subject to availability).
