The resort’s tips for a successful hike
Even on an easy trail, the mountains demand respect! Before lacing up your trainers, keep these simple tips in mind:
1. Check the weather: A quick look at the forecast and trail conditions before setting off is essential.
2. Pack the essentials: Sun cream, a cap, sunglasses and, of course, plenty of water.
3. Be kind to animals: If you’re hiking with your dog, make sure to keep it on a lead out of respect for local wildlife, any livestock you may encounter and other walkers.
Be particularly vigilant when approaching Patous (livestock guard dogs).
So, shall we put on our trainers?
