Last Man Riding: an endurance challenge in an exceptional setting

On 4 July 2026, La Rosière hosts Last Man Riding, a distinctive event in the summer calendar. Its original format is based on a simple principle: riders set off every hour on the same circuit until only one participant remains in the race. It is a demanding challenge, of course, but also a powerful human experience, and one that can also be enjoyed from the sidelines, soaking up the atmosphere and supporting the riders in an outstanding mountain setting.

The La Rosière Trail: several formats so everyone can find their race

On 17 July 2026, the La Rosière Trail returns for its 11th edition.

One of the strengths of the event is the variety of distances on offer, allowing everyone to choose a format that matches their level and ambitions. Three adult races are available:

  • 43 km – 3000 m elevation gain
  • 22 km – 1450 m elevation gain
  • 15 km – 800 m elevation gain

Children also have their own moment with La Rosière Game, an obstacle race designed in a fun and playful spirit.

The trail becomes an event that can be enjoyed just as much by taking part as by supporting others or simply enjoying the atmosphere on site.

MDS Crazy Loops: a sporting, inclusive and collective event

From 17 to 19 July 2026, La Rosière also welcomes back MDS Crazy Loops.

The event is built around a strong and simple idea: turning the mountains into a shared space, open to different profiles. Able-bodied athletes and wheelchair teams come together in a bivouac atmosphere around an accessible loop that can be completed freely over 24 hours.

It is an event that shows how mountain sport can also be collective, inclusive and deeply human.
