Led by Jules Morin, this self-massage workshop offers a gentle journey into body awareness. Through guided and intuitive movements, you’ll explore ways to release muscular tension, calm the nervous system, and stimulate neurosensory intelligence.

The session includes a body-focused introduction, sensory awakening, and practical self-massage exercises, all within a calm, mindful setting.
