A one-hour one-to-one session with Sophie Jemin, a kinesiologist, by appointment.
To take things a step further than the group workshop, Sophie Jemin offers one-hour one-to-one sessions at the I.L.Y Hotel. This format allows for personalised support, tailored to each individual’s needs, using gentle kinesiology techniques. Several slots are available each day, between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm, subject to availability.
Booking is essential with Sophie at the hotel reception.
Price: €80 (including VAT) per session, payable on the day.

From Tuesday 7 to Friday 10 July 2026 on Tuesday between 9 am and 10 am, between 1 pm and 2 pm and between 5 pm and 6 pm. On Wednesday between 9 am and 10 am, between 11 am and 12 pm, between 2 pm and 3 pm and between 4 pm and 5 pm.
