As you wander through the narrow streets of traditional hillside villages, discover the life and faith of mountain people — expressed in wooden chalets, Way of the Cross paths, and ornate baroque chapels. This route invites you to explore local architecture, ancestral ways of life, and the vibrant folk art of mountain spirituality. Visit to Hauteville chapel and St Michel chapel in Le Châtelard.
Closed-toe walking shoes (trainers) are recommended. Dogs are not allowed.
Access on foot via the Chemin des Ecoliers - 2.00 pm departure from La Rosière to be in Hauteville by 2.45 pm.
For those taking the shuttle bus: meet at the Zébra car park (Pré du Four stop) at 2.30pm.
