Indoor climbing

This indoor climbing session is aimed at climbers who already have experience and wish to progress. It takes place at the Jean-Arpin Climbing Room, located in La Rosière center, and offers support to perfect your techniques (movement, effort management, route reading, etc.) and deepen your material knowledge (use of ropes, harnesses, carabiners, belays, etc.).
Whether you want to refine your style, better understand the equipment or gain confidence on more technical routes, this session will allow you to progress in a secure and supervised environment.
To expect:

A water bottle to stay hydrated during exercise.
