The resort’s bars and cafés are the ideal place to come together with your family and friends. Drink a toast to your holiday, the new friends you have made, or simply a return to normality.

Where should you go to enjoy a drink? Whether you fancy sunbathing on a terrace, sitting in a cosy nook by the fire or dancing the night away, there are plenty of places to choose from in La Rosière.

Cocktails, coffee, mulled wine, juice or hot chocolate, there is something for everyone and all ages! From lively après-ski bars to cosy cafés, each has its own unique atmosphere. Whether in an igloo on the slopes or in an armchair by the fire, the mountains boast plenty of unusual places where you can enjoy some liquid refreshment.

Sitting on the border with Italy, La Rosière recommends a lovely recipe idea for your guests, for a traditional pre-dinner tipple:

APEROL SPRITZ RECIPE:

Serves 2:

  • 12 cl of Prosecco
  • 8 cl of Aperol
  • 4 cl of sparkling water
  • 2 orange slices
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes

Fill the glasses three-quarters full of ice. Pour in the Prosecco then the Aperol, then add a bit of fizzy water. Place a slice of orange on the rim of the glass or in the drink. Sip while it’s nice and cold! Close your eyes: it’s a real taste of Italy, a fantastic aperitif that your guests are sure to love! If you love an Aperol Spritz, try combining it with some delicious local antipasti.

Dégustez un bon Spritz chez vous!
