Sitting on the border with Italy, La Rosière recommends a lovely recipe idea for your guests, for a traditional pre-dinner tipple:
Serves 2:
Fill the glasses three-quarters full of ice. Pour in the Prosecco then the Aperol, then add a bit of fizzy water. Place a slice of orange on the rim of the glass or in the drink. Sip while it’s nice and cold! Close your eyes: it’s a real taste of Italy, a fantastic aperitif that your guests are sure to love! If you love an Aperol Spritz, try combining it with some delicious local antipasti.
Attention: Alcohol can damage your health, please drink responsibly.
