In January, the light reveals a taste for travel too
À La Rosière, janvier fait rayonner les deux versants de la montagne. Entre France et Italie, gastronomie, rencontres et expériences en plein air se succèdent pour découvrir autrement l’identité franco-italienne de la station.
A week of French and Italian flavours
France or Italy? In January, there’s no need to choose.
Michelin-starred chefs from France and Italy, a food critic and local producers come together in La Rosière for a week celebrating food and sharing.
Tastings, demonstrations, workshops and encounters punctuate this gourmet week, all with the same aim: to showcase the produce, expertise and flavours that make both sides of the border so special.
When food takes to the forest
At golden hour, the experience leaves the kitchen behind and heads into the forest.
A gourmet parade transforms the trail into a journey between France and Italy: Vespas and Fiat 500s set the tone, accompanied by music, street performers, French and Italian-inspired decorations and glowing fire pits along the way.
Another way to get a taste of La Rosière, combining mountains, light and a touch of Dolce Vita.
Adventures in the winter light
The experience continues outdoors, with activities that invite you to explore La Rosière in a different way.
The Roc Noir walk, ski touring and winter trail running offer three ways to enjoy the mountains, their wide-open spaces and January’s crisp winter light.
Extend the experience with TUTTO BENE
In the clear January light, tutto va bene.
What if a few hours simply aren’t enough?
