Cross training any level

A variety of morning workouts !
You will perform a variety of cardio and muscle strengthening exercises. The sequences are short, but really intense! Your whole body will be involved, cross training involves all your muscle groups, so it's a full body workout that will help you develop both your upper and lower body. Bring a pair of running shoes and a bottle of water.

Registration at the Tourist Office in advance is compulsory.

Everyone will be able to do the exercises according to their level, the amplitude of the movements and the intensity are adaptable!

A minimum of 3 people must be registered for the cross training to take place.
