Bringing together 52 producers, La Coopérative Laitière de Haute Tarentaise promotes the passion of all its members by producing an exceptional cheese: Beaufort AOP, a traditional product that has made it famous
of the territory. Today our Cooperative has 6 stores, including one in the heart of La Rosière: discover our regional and local specialty shop in the shopping center opposite the center's Tourist Office.
EXPOSED EXPERTISE
Discover in the heart of Bourg-Saint-Maurice, opposite the station, a building entirely dedicated to our products and the know-how of our members.
It is a unique visiting space of 300m² spread over 2 levels which is available to you.
Travel at your own pace and let yourself be guided throughout a fun and innovative journey: testimonials from cheesemakers and farmers, sound and olfactory speakers, 180° immersion in an alpine climb, set off to discover the gastronomic heritage of Haute Tarentaise thanks to multi-sensory animations.
