In addition to its privileged location, the Les Balcons de La Rosière**** residence offers a range of wellness facilities, including a hot tub, sauna, hammam and relaxation area. Residents also have access to the swimming pool at the Alparena**** Hotel & Spa and the Thalgo treatment rooms (by appointment).
