More technical than rafting, hydrospeed plunges you into the rapids of the Isère for an intense aquatic adventure. Equipped with a float and fins, you surf the waves and tackle the currents, always supervised by a qualified instructor. Accessible from the age of 10, this activity develops coordination, confidence and respect for the natural environment.

- Discovery Descent (from 10 years old): gentle introduction in calm water followed by a short descent, ideal for families.
- Initiation Descent (from 12 years old): fun course with first rapids, for a gradual approach.
- Advanced descent (from 14 years old): immersion in the Isère gorges with more sustained waves, for experienced participants.
- Advanced descent (from 16 years old): complete course to refine your technique and push your limits, for experienced participants.
