Competition and Performance course | ESF

About

With ESF La Rosière follow slalom courses for half or full day. Try to beat your previously timed runs.

The competition / performance course is one week long, (18h or 36h of technique). Our instructors will help you train for the races and pick up flaws in your technique as well as being classed at a national level with ski open points.

Your instructor can supervise you through your slalom races (Thursday and Friday) - study the course, picking up of bibs, etc. This additional support is a free service.
You have the option of eating with other group members on these two days (meals at extra cost).

New for the 2025-2026 season: a second Flèche slalom test will be organised on Wednesday and will be included in the course.

    One price: 266 to 479 € (Price for 1 or 2 lesson(s) per day for 6 days.).

    From 08/02 to 06/03/2026
    One price: 366 to 599 € (Price for 1 or 2 lesson (s) per day for 6 days.).

    From 05/04 to 10/04/2026
    One price: from 266 € (Price for 1 class per day for 6 days.).

    Thursday and Friday (slalom test days): meal time with the group (extra price), collection of race bibs and course reconnaissance.

    Registration for slalom tests is free:
    - Le Chamois (special slalom): Thursdays
    - La Flèche (giant slalom): Wednesdays and Fridays

    The price does not include: equipment, ski pass, insurance.
