Tourist Office – Centre Station
- Season: Monday to Friday 9am–6.30pm, weekends 9am–7pm
- Off-season: Monday to Friday 9am–12pm / 2pm–5.30pm
Booking Centre
- Winter: Monday to Friday 9am–12pm / 2pm–6pm, Saturday 9am–7pm (continuous during school holidays)
- Summer: Monday to Friday 9am–12pm / 2pm–6pm, Saturday 9am–6.30pm
- Off-season: Monday to Friday 9am–12pm / 2pm–5.30pm
Homeowners’ Office
- Season: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 4pm–6pm; Wednesday 9am–11am
- Off-season: by appointment only
