Bringing together 52 passionate producers, our cooperative celebrates local expertise through an exceptional cheese: Beaufort PDO, the true pride of our valley.

Discover our six stores, including one right in the heart of La Rosière, opposite the Tourist Office, where you’ll find our regional and local specialties.

Visit Our Museum in Bourg-Saint-Maurice

Located opposite the train station, a 300 m² exhibition space invites you to dive into the world of Beaufort: farmer and cheesemaker testimonials, sounds, scents, and a 180° immersive alpine experience.
A fun, free, self-guided visit, open during store hours.
