At Robert, the Saint Bernard Caterer, we offer for sale: meat, Label Rouge poultry from the Landes, charcuterie, pâté, prepared dishes, desserts, and jams. Everything is homemade, available to take away, and prepared on site. Many items are gluten-free.

At Robert, the Saint Bernard Caterer, we offer for sale: meat, Label Rouge poultry and products from the Landes, charcuterie, homemade gluten-free pâté, prepared dishes, desserts, and homemade blueberry and raspberry jam. Everything is homemade, to take away, and prepared on site. Many items are gluten-free. We also sell honey produced in Montvalezan, organic crozets, and cheese made in the valley, including mild Comté and organic reserve Comté from the Jura. You can also enjoy our traditional or "Gargantua" raclette, our Savoyard or Tarentaise fondue, Bourguignonne fondue, pierrade, brasérade, and of course, reblochonnade. We provide the equipment needed. Don’t forget to place your order by phone or directly at the shop.

Our dishes are for takeaway, homemade and prepared on-site. Our cuisine is homestyle and generous, and many dishes are gluten-free—please don’t hesitate to ask about allergens or ingredients.

Here’s what’s on offer:
- Tartiflette, lasagne, Savoyard gratin, diots with white wine, crozet gratin (made with locally produced organic crozets), ratatouille, stuffed tomatoes, a selection of homemade vegetable dishes, and our daily special.
- Beaufort pie, vegetable pie, blueberry and raspberry flan, tarte tatin, blueberry, raspberry, and walnut tartlets, baked custard, tiramisu, and traditional bugnes (doughnuts).

Every day, order before 10am for lunchtime or before 4pm for dinner, and enjoy our free-range farm chicken from the South-West of France, roasted to perfection.

Specials of the week:
- Monday: Sauerkraut in winter / stuffed vegetables in summer
- Wednesday: Homemade couscous (please book in advance)
- Friday: Paella or homemade cod brandade (on order)
- Saturday: Homemade diots in white wine with Savoyard gratin or polenta
- Sunday: Roasted farm chicken with sautéed potatoes

For your aperitif, we offer homemade fruit liqueurs—blueberry, raspberry, and blackcurrant—to enjoy with a glass of white wine.
Finally, we’ve selected Savoie wines just for you, which we collect directly from the winemakers themselves.
