An event to consider the future of tourism
At a time when data and technology are profoundly transforming tourism practices, Destination Data offers an opportunity for collective reflection on the new challenges facing tourist destinations. Over two days, experts, decision-makers and tourism stakeholders will gather in the mountains to discuss the major transformations taking place in the sector.
On the programme:
conferences and talks by industry experts,
themed workshops dedicated to data and marketing strategies,
networking opportunities in an inspiring setting.
The aim: to take a step back (both literally and figuratively) to better understand the changes in tourism and devise the strategies of tomorrow.
Event schedule
Destination Data will take place over two days, on 18 and 19 March.
Each morning will be devoted to conferences addressing various issues in tourism and destination marketing. On the afternoon of Wednesday 18 March, it’s time for practical sessions: workshops led by experts will allow participants to explore certain topics in greater depth and leave with practical tools.
The discussions will focus on three main themes:
- Developing the offering and new strategies: rethinking the appeal of destinations, innovating and adapting strategies to changes in the sector.
- Acquisition, behaviour and CRM: better understanding audiences, analysing their habits and transforming data into operational decision-making tools.
- Social media, influence and content: promoting destinations, engaging communities and reaching the right audiences.
On Wednesday evening, participants will gather for a convivial dinner, a special opportunity to continue discussions in a warm, typically mountain-style atmosphere. With a mix of professional discussions and moments of sharing, the evening promises to extend the collaborative spirit of the event.
A unique setting in the heart of the Alps
Held in La Rosière, within the Espace San Bernardo, the event takes place in an exceptional setting straddling France and Italy. The resort offers an ideal setting to foster dialogue, innovation and creativity.
Hosting Destination Data in La Rosière also provides an opportunity to highlight the role of mountain regions in strategic tourism planning and the evolution of marketing practices.
A must-attend event for professionals
Over two days, Destination Data will bring together leading experts in tourism, marketing and data at La Rosière – Espace San Bernardo to share their experiences and visions for the destinations of tomorrow.
