What happens when the guests of a restaurant are already seated, but nothing is ready—not the chairs, not the tables, and not even the restaurant itself?
It’s a nightmare for our head waiter, who is a bit too obsessed with protocol.

Without a safety net, this duo dives into the challenge of creating fleeting stories... on the spot... based on themes provided by their one-day-only clientele. Since they excel more in the art of improvisation than in the culinary arts, our two companions are helped by their very special menu, spicing up their performances.
When a salad evokes epic ancient tales, a saucy dish inspires an adventure film, or a simple dessert calls to mind a Shakespearean tragedy, hot or cold, nothing stops them—they deliver!
Only the "bill," the summary chosen by the audience, will signal the end of service.
Impro Expresso is an improvisation show where the actors are closely connected with the audience.
