Fête des Clarines and Gathering of Saint Bernard dogs

Friends from the valley and beyond, come and join the traditional festival of La Rosière themed around wood and cowbells. For this occasion: Savoyard music and Saint Bernard dogs.

The Clarines festival invites you to a parade of floats, folk groups, typical Savoyard music, and many other activities to discover on the weekend of August 3rd and 4th.

The Saint Bernard dog, the symbolic animal of La Rosière, will be celebrated and honored this weekend.

These guardian and rescue dogs have taken an important place in the culture and heritage of La Rosière and its surroundings. Our proximity to the Col du Petit Saint-Bernard, just a few kilometers away, confirms this status. Located in Savoie, on the heights of Bourg-Saint-Maurice, the Col du Petit Saint-Bernard marks the border between France and Italy.
