Massage of the 5 continents:
It is a unique and incredible massage combining Reiki energy and/or magnetism, different types of massages from different cultures such as lomi-lomi, Californian, Swedish, tuina, acupressure or even Ayurvedic and use of essential oils.
Specific oil preparations are applied, the first for detoxification, the second for relaxation and letting go.
It is a very powerful, slow and deep full-body massage that helps circulate the vital energy in your body. It frees your body from cumbersome emotional burdens as well as toxins and gives you physical and mental letting go. It harmonizes your body and mind, thus finding new vitality.

Plantar reflexology (alone)
Reflex foot massage technique. Very pleasant and inviting to deep relaxation. It restores the body's natural balance by acting remotely on your internal organs.
