Uphill cycling race – every Friday from 14th July

Enter our uphill cycling race from Séez to La Rosière every Friday evening. Summon up all of your pedalling power and try to beat your previous time!

Trail de La Rosière – 16th July 2017

This year, the Trail des Moulins has become the Trail de La Rosière, a trail running race organised in the picturesque Haute-Tarentaise valley, neighbouring the Mont Blanc massif. There are four different courses to choose from: 40km – 22km – 15km or 5km.

 

Wellness Days – from 17th to 20th July 2017

Four days of wellness, during which you can sample a variety of treatments and activities led by osteopaths, herbalists, naturopaths and other wellness experts. You can also try yoga or Nordic walking and learn about Alpine plants. Let yourself be swept away on a tide of wellbeing!

Wine and Beer Festival – from 21st to 23rd July 2017

Winegrowers and brewers from all over France flock to La Rosière to let you sample their wine and beer at this convivial trade fair.

 

7th Arts des Cimes Festival – from 24th to 28th July 2017

Drama, circus skills, street art, dancing and painting: this festival gives the arts centre stage with a magnificent Alpine backdrop! All of the performances are free of charge.

 

16th Vent d’Est Festival – from 7th to 11th August 2017

An invitation to discover Russian traditions. A wide variety of talented Russian artists travel to La Rosière to demonstrate their art, with musicians, singers and dancers taking top billing.

5th Saint Bernard Rally – 12th and 13th August 2017

The Saint Bernard dog, La Rosière’s mascot, will be honoured during this special event in August! Entertainment, souvenir photos and a breeding contest are all in store.

 

La Rosière Bike Week – from 14th to 19th August 2017

A whole week dedicated to the various cycling disciplines: downhill MTB, electric mountain biking, Fat Biking and road cycling. A fantastic pedal-powered celebration you won’t want to miss!

 

Fête des Bergers – 20th August 2017

A traditional fête held on the border between France and Italy, bringing together Valdôtains (from the Aosta Valley, Italy) and Tarins (from the Tarentaise Valley, France). On the schedule: cow fighting, market for local produce, musical entertainment and sheepdog demonstrations.

 

Rugby-Golf – 2nd September 2017

The 2nd edition of the Rugby-Golf tournament will round off the summer season in style! Taking place on La Rosière golf course, this tournament blends the rules of golf and rugby for a fun and friendly sporting competition.
