Freestyle Course (Ski or Snowboard)

Freestyle is an addictive skill which requires a lot of technical training …
Our instructors are on hand to give you all the best tips and advice!

Skiers: you need to have a minimum Gold Star Level, or at least a decent amount of skiing experience in all conditions under your belt before attempting freestyle.
Snowboarders: you need to have a decent amount of riding experience to try freestyle boarding. We ask for a minimum Snowboard Level 2 or at least 4 weeks' boarding experience under your belt in order to join this course.

> Snowpark: safety rules and individual correction to improve your grabs and go for the 180s, 360s, 540s… or more !!!
> Trampoline: “Learn the basics and become better in the air ! Try new figures in complete safety”.
> Slope: “ Improve your style. Get to know your board for some top flat tricks”.
> Off-piste: “ With a bit of powder you can try out your tricks with a soft landing ”.
> Boardercross: “ Take the best line with the best advice, and be the first at the bottom!"

We strongly recommend you wear a helmet ;
We also recommend you wear a back protector, especially first-time freestylers;
Make sure you tighten your boots properly for better control and precision;
The length and type of ski is also very important: go for twin-tips, but not too long!
Avalanche transceivers, shovels and probes are all provided by us!

From 10/12/2016 to 21/04/2017 between 2 PM and 5 PM.
Closed wednesday and saturday.
The office is open every day from 8.30 to 5.30, from the 10th December to the 21st April.

One price: 180 €.

The Freestyle Course is from La Rosière Centre.
Prices shown are for 5 half-days (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) from 2pm to 5pm.
